- Complete Form AD1026 Farm Service Agency Office. This form will be sent to NRCS and they will check for any wetlands.
- Get a permit from Boise Sioux or related Watershed Disstrict. (If necessary)
- Contact State, County, and/or Township if crossing any roads.
- Contact DNR if you are near property or easements.
- You may need approval if tile outlet drains into a ditch, creek, river, or stream.
